Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature

The standout feature is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual come with this bundle, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.
